Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your free Commercial Cleaning Pricing Checkup with the keyword “CHECKUP”. Each banner is shown at real phone size too, so you can see it reads.

Your plan

Your free Pricing Checkup stays the giveaway (DM "CHECKUP"). The next step up is a small live Zoom, "From $700K to $2M", built on how you grew Cleancorp from a stalled $700K to $2M in two years. The one-shot DM goes to anyone who engages or connects. These invites go to US cleaning owners on your list, with that story as the hook. Everyone who books gets a quick call, then Unlocked.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → Add a link → coaching.cleancorp.com/pricing-checkup, then upload the tile as its image. Put it first.
  5. Reply to every “CHECKUP” with the link, then the DM below.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door to pick up my grandson Teddy, so I wanted to send this before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!).

Quick intro. I'm Lisa, CEO of Cleancorp, a commercial cleaning company in Australia. It was stuck at $700K AUD when I joined, and we grew it to 8 figures. Now I also help commercial cleaning owners price their contracts for profit.

Your profile reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with.

[He/She] stopped bidding on gut feel, and [RESULT].

Here's why it works. We price every account from the real cost of an hour of cleaning, not a markup. Most owners add 30% and think that's their margin. It's actually closer to 23%.

It took me nearly 20 years inside Cleancorp to get this right.

Right now we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the low bid isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really have to go or Teddy will be waiting.

Happy to walk you through it. Are you free [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] tomorrow?

If not, no biggie. I can just send you my free Pricing Checkup instead. It's 12 questions, takes about 3 minutes, and shows you where your pricing is leaking profit.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Lisa

Invite them to a workshop

From $700K to $2M. Live on Zoom on {Day + date} at 6pm Eastern. 60 minutes plus 30 minutes of Q&A, [SEATS, e.g. 20] seats, US commercial cleaning owners doing $500K to $2M.
The promise: the five decisions that took Cleancorp from stuck to $2M, in the order you made them, so they can see which one they're missing.
What we cover: 1. The five decisions, with the real numbers. 2. Pricing: why a 30% markup is really about a 23% margin, and how to price from the loaded rate and still win the bid. 3. Getting off the night shifts: the systems and the management layer.

Why this workshop: Your own story: you joined Cleancorp in 2007 when it had stalled at $700K, and it crossed $2M within two years (your workshop page and 12+ posts). Your coaching clients on your site (Damien, Paula, Jon) don't have numbers yet, so this uses yours. Your figures are Australian dollars. The page doesn't say so, so if an owner asks, tell them.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE, e.g. ISSA Show / BSCAI]." Then carry on with the message. Swap the highlighted bits. [Square brackets] you fill in; {curly brackets} fill automatically.

LinkedIn 1. The invite (stuck at the same revenue)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for commercial cleaning owners on Zoom on {Day + date}, walking through exactly how I grew Cleancorp from a stalled $700K to $2M in two years.

Would you like to come?

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for commercial cleaning owners on Zoom on {Day + date}, walking through how fixing our pricing took Cleancorp from $700K to $2M in two years, without chasing more accounts.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for commercial cleaning owners on Zoom on {Day + date}, walking through how we took Cleancorp from $700K to $2M in two years, and got the owner out of the building at night.

Example, filled in (not a real person)

Hey Mike, I saw your post about losing the medical office bid to a guy charging $18 an hour.

I'm hosting a small workshop for commercial cleaning owners on Zoom on Thursday, October 22, walking through how fixing our pricing took Cleancorp from $700K to $2M in two years, without chasing more accounts.

LinkedIn 2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [A PEER LIKE THEM, e.g. an owner in Texas about to crack $2M] who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Want to come?

Problems to pick from: bidding off the incumbent's price minus a bit, just to win the account; 30 accounts in and the profit hasn't moved; still running the crew themselves at 9pm. Only name a peer you actually spoke to.

LinkedIn 3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] commercial cleaning owners on {Day + date} at 6pm Eastern, and we'll go deep on pricing from your loaded rate so you still win the bid.

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're snowed under, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

When they say yes

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: [LINK]

Do you have 5 minutes at [TIME] or [TIME] today (your time)? I'd love to run you through who else is coming.

Before it goes live

  • Your Featured section: the Pricing Checkup isn't in it yet. Today it shows Unlocked, Cleancorp Coaching and the Australian pricing calculator. Add the Checkup first so the banner, headline and link all match.
  • Your About: it still opens on Australian facilities managers. If this kit is for US cleaning owners, the About should follow it.
  • CBS, NBC, FOX, Martha Stewart: these are from the "As featured in" row on your coaching site. Check you're happy for them to sit on your LinkedIn too (option 5). AFR is left off because US owners won't know it.
  • The workshop: your workshops page has no upcoming live date after 28 September. Pick the date, set the seat count and a booking link before the first invite goes out.
  • Currency: option 4 says A$700K so US owners don't read it as US dollars. Option 2's $500K to $2M is your US buyer's own range.
